Ezra Campbell

Senior Project Manager

Ezra Campbell is a senior project manager with IISD’s Resilience Program. She has over eight years of experience as a coordinator and consultant for various conservation and sustainable development projects in Grenada and the Eastern Caribbean.

Prior to joining IISD she worked as a Conservation Project Assistant for The Nature Conservancy Eastern Caribbean Program where she supported projects that advance work in climate resilience, marine managed areas and marine spatial planning in the Eastern Caribbean. Ezra has wide-ranging experience working with projects commissioned and funded by both regional (Caribbean) and international donors such as the Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre, the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States, the Australian Agency for International Development, the German Development Bank (KfW), German Development Agency (GIZ) as well as Environment and Climate Change Canada.

Ezra also has extensive volunteer experience supporting community‐based organizations—farmers and fishers, in particular—with proposal writing, budgeting and general capacity-building initiatives.
