2024 Investment Policy Forum
The 16th edition of the International Institute for Sustainable Development's (IISD) Investment Policy Forum will take place in Manila, the Philippines, in October 2024. Investment policy-makers from developing countries across the world will engage in discussions and workshops to advance investment governance for sustainable development.
The Investment Policy Forum, organized by IISD, is the world's only annual event exclusively for investment policy-makers from developing countries.
This flagship IISD event leads the way on sustainable investment reform from the bottom up, driven by our global community of investment policy-makers from developing countries.
The 16th edition of the Investment Policy Forum will be hosted by the Government of the Philippines and will take place in Manila from October 16 to 18, 2024. Investment policy-makers and negotiators from developing countries—spanning Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean—will discuss, strategize, and share experiences to advance our shared vision of fair and sustainable international investment governance.
At the 2024 Investment Policy Forum, the participants will follow up on the Institutional Coherence Toolkit developed at the 2023 Investment Policy Forum.
