Louis St-Cyr
Director, Philanthropy
Louis St-Cyr is IISD’s Director, Philanthropy. He has more than two decades of senior leadership experience in the development sector, spearheading fundraising and communications initiatives for L’Université de Saint-Boniface, Cancer Care Manitoba Foundation, and Saint-Boniface Hospital Foundation. He also served as Vice President, Québec Division, for KCI Ketchum Canada, one of the nation’s top consulting firms for non-profits.
Louis has a background in communications, event management, and campaign strategy. He is an active board member of several local organizations and speaks English and French fluently.
