Our fearless leader, Pauline Gerrard, takes to the TedX Winnipeg stage to explore the IISD-ELA holistic approach to science, explaining freshwater research that focuses on whole ecosystems and studies the impacts that we humans are having on our fresh water.

She also makes the case for more big-picture science that can teach us how best to protect the fresh water on which we all depend.
