IISD Experimental Lakes Area Fall Open House 2016
Join us at our annual open house to learn what IISD-ELA science is all about. You will have the opportunity to tour our entire research facility, including the chemistry and fish labs, meteorological site and beautiful waterfront. Visit the world-famous Lake 239 and get your hands dirty catching fish in a seine net. IISD-ELA scientists will be on-site to answer questions and discuss anything and everything related to environmental science and freshwater conservation.
Saturday, September 17, 2016 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
There will be a bus travelling to IISD Experimental Lakes Area (IISD-ELA) from the Kenora Recreation Centre, departing at 8:00 am SHARP. The bus will return to the Kenora Recreation Centre for 5:30 pm.

Light snacks and refreshments will be available on-site, but we ask that participants bring their own lunch. Please help us to reduce waste by minimizing the amount associated with your lunch.
