UNCITRAL Working Group meets again to discuss a set of reform proposals

The 49th session of United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Working Group III on investor-state dispute settlement (ISDS) Reform took place on September 23-27, 2024, in Vienna. The topics for the discussion were a draft statute of the standing mechanism for the resolution of international investment disputes, cross-cutting and procedural issues, and draft multilateral instrument on ISDS reform.
