Catarina Mouta
Program Assistant
Catarina Mouta is a program assistant with IISD's Economic Law and Policy Program, focusing specifically on tax and investment. She has a background in biology and environmental conservation.
Prior to joining IISD, Catarina held executive assistant roles at McKinsey and Company and Engel and Volkers.
Catarina holds a master’s degree in management and conservation of natural resources from the University of Évora and a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Lisbon.
She is based out of Portugal and speaks Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
