Chloe Rew

Senior Advisor to the President & Corporate Secretary

Chloe Rew is senior advisor to the president and corporate secretary, based in Winnipeg.

Before joining IISD, Chloe served in communications and policy roles with the Government of Manitoba, many of which focused on advancing Indigenous reconciliation in the province. Her past roles include acting as press secretary for the Executive Council as well as strategic policy analyst and assistant director under the Indigenous Reconciliation Secretariat, where she led the International Relations and Intergovernmental Affairs portfolio.

Chloe also spent time in London as committee and members services officer for the City of London Corporation and programs assistant for the Secretary-General of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association Secretariat.

Chloe holds a bachelor’s degree in history (honours) from the University of Winnipeg and a master’s degree in international relations from the University of Melbourne School of Government in Melbourne, Australia.

Chloe is fluent in English and French.
