Daniela Diz

Daniela Diz holds a Master of Marine Management degree from Dalhousie University in Canada and a Law degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil. She finished her Ph.D. on the Law of the Sea at the University of Edinburgh in the UK, focusing on the implementation of the ecosystem-based approach to fisheries management in marine areas beyond national jurisdiction.
