Elisa Morgera specializes in international, European and comparative environmental law. Elisa is a Lecturer in European Environmental Law at the University of Edinburgh, UK, and a regular contributor to the Yearbook of International Environmental Law, the Review of European Community and International Environmental Law, and the Max Planck Encyclopedia of Public International Law. She previously worked for the Food and Agriculture Organization of the UN and the UN Development Programme.
