Laura Carlos
Project Manager
Laura Carlos is a project manager with IISD’s Energy Program.
Before joining IISD, Laura was involved in the High Luminosity LHC Project at CERN, Switzerland, where she excelled in managing project budgets, analyzing financial data, and assessing cost variances.
She also has experience as a junior accountant at the European think tank Bruegel, where she managed invoices, prepared financial budget reports, and assisted with VAT declarations.
Laura holds a master’s and a bachelor’s degree in management and is based in Aveiro, Portugal.
