Mihaela Secrieru holds Masters degrees in International Relations from both the University of Florence and the London School of Economics and Political Science, where her thesis analyzed the determinants of Brazil’s position across different climate-related negotiating tables from Rio to Kyoto. She is fascinated by multilateral negotiations and has been involved in the UNFCCC process during the past two years, focusing on discussions pertaining to REDD+.
