Mike Muzurakis

Mike Muzurakis is a photographer and software engineer. With ENB since 2012, he has covered several key negotiations on climate change, biodiversity, and sustainable development. Born and based in Greece, he was fascinated by the world of computer programming since his childhood, and he founded his first software company in 2009 and his first startup in 2013.

His work focuses on web architecture, e-learning and game design. He is passionate about photography and the environmental movement, and has been engaged in several participatory news networks. He has worked with several non-governmental organizations using the power of video, the Internet, and open technologies to create social and environmental change. His experience includes collaborations with the National Technical University of Athens, the University of Strathclyde, and the CBD Secretariat in the development of distance-learning tools.
