Priyami Dutta
Policy Advisor
Priyami Dutta is a policy advisor for IISD’s Energy program. Based in India, her work focuses on the solarization of agricultural demand, with an emphasis on stakeholder engagement to support holistic policy decision making.
In her previous roles, Priyami worked on advancing energy efficiency as a resource at state and local levels through a triple-sector collaboration of policy-makers, industry, and civil society. She also has worked in the power distribution sector in commercial and regulatory matters, power purchase, metering, and consumer engagement.
Priyami is an electrical engineer and a certified energy auditor with a postgraduate diploma in management.
