Teya Penniman lives in Hawaii where she practices law and works on a water use plan for Maui. After life as a seabird biologist, she obtained an MBA, J.D. and Dispute Resolution Certificate from Willamette University, focusing on resource economics, and domestic and international environmental law. Teya worked on biodiversity issues for ENB from 1996 to 1998 and after a hiatus as an Oregon assistant attorney general has returned to the ENB fold.
