Victoria McKay

Project Manager

Victoria McKay is a project manager with IISD's Economic Law and Policy team. Her expertise includes program management and business development, particularly in relation to humanitarian response in conflict-affected regions.

Prior to joining IISD, Victoria worked in program management and implementation for Plan International, ACTED, and the International Organization for Migration. Her work covered development projects and emergency response programs in Ethiopia, Laos, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.

Victoria has a master’s degree in human rights and democratization from the Global Campus of Human Rights and researched migration, refugee, and asylum law at Maastricht University. She also has a bachelor’s degree in social science from the University of Ottawa. Victoria is based in Germany.
