Rick Groom is the Editor of The IISD Innovator and Development and Communications Officer with IISD in Winnipeg. An accomplished freelance journalist, his work has appeared in Canadian Living, Homemakers, Tribute, Bride's, Today's Bride, TV Guide as well as CTV's Canada a.m. and CBC-Radio. Rick has reported, written, edited and supervised production of newsletters for the United Way, the Health Sciences Centre Foundation and the Manitoba Lotteries Corporation. He also has orchestrated the creative development of multi-media advertising and marketing campaigns, websites, special events, TV and radio commercials as well as video tributes for Maurice Strong and Dr. David Suzuki.
