Where land adjacent to the Project Area that is not demarcated as Additional Land in the Project Map becomes available during the term of this Agreement with the Free, Prior and Informed consent of all Legitimate Tenure Rights Holders in respect of that land, the Company shall have right of first refusal to incorporate the land into the Project Area and under the terms of this Agreement, subject to any consequential variations to this Agreement deemed necessary by the Parties and made in writing in accordance with Section 68.5.
