10.1 From the Effective Date onwards, the Company shall obtain and maintain all Applicable Permits.

10.2 The Authority shall, upon request by the Company, make reasonable efforts to assist the Company to obtain an Applicable Permit, subject to the Company making a timely and complete application and paying any applicable fees. For greater certainty, this Agreement does not create any right of the Company to obtain any Applicable Permit.

10.3 Cancellation of any Applicable Permit due to a failure by the Company to comply with the terms and conditions of that Applicable Permit shall constitute a Material Breach for the purposes of Section 60.
